The office is led by Adv. Yechiel Akish, who specializes in real estate and land transactions, contracts and drafting agreements, wills, and legal capacity. He holds a Bachelor's degree (LLB), and a Master's degree in Law (LLM) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and is certified by the Ministry of Justice to draft legal documents such as lasting powers of attorney, expressions of will, and advance directives.

Before establishing his office, Adv. Akish worked at a well-known international firm, where he advised numerous large companies on regulation, legal compliance, and corporate governance services.

Additionally, Adv. Akish has extensive experience in legal capacity, inheritances, and estates, which he gained through his work with the General Guardianship Division of the Ministry of Justice.
